RunDLJ Telecom helped me by offering telecom equipment at prices that let us stay within our tight budgets.. The result was amazing. Because of Covid we had a lot of hospital staff that were required to work at home with little notice, and required phones and headsets delivered quickly. We also needed their technical expertise in deciding what equipment it should be. Once we decided what to order RunDLJ Telecom was able to arrange to have it delivered the next day so we had very little down time. One thing I really liked was the fact that they offer superb customer service (they still answer the phone directly), have in house expertise, carry stock in their own warehouse and have excellent pricing. They were easy to deal with, answered all my questions and provided amazing results. When I first heard about Refurbished Telecom Equipment I was truly concerned that the product would not be as reliable as a new product. I thought our employees might reject the idea of having refurbished items.. I thought it would diminish the value of our system but in order to stretch our budgets we decided to give it a try and WOW I was really impressed. Most refurbished items look as good as new, they have new plastics and handsets. In the end it was almost impossible to tell the difference. I feel so totally satisfied. The next day I called and told them we had 28 defective wireless phones ... they overnighted us 28 fully refurbished replacements in advance. Upon returning the defective phones the following week, we were only charged for the repair and refurbishing.. Our previous suppliers took 10-15 days to turn around the repairs after they received our defective product versus Run-DLJ Telecom who had our wireless phones back in our hands the next day. One thing I really liked was the time saving and also the fact we didn't have to keep so many spare telephones in stock.. I found the entire experience to be easy, fast , inexpensive and definitely improved our productivity.. I would recommend RunDLJ Telecom to any company that wants to avoid the hassle and time delays in sending in telecom equipment repairs and waiting days to have them returned.
